CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

At Mr Robinson, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish.

If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange for our menswear accessories within the following timeframes:

  • In-store purchases: within 14 days of purchase

  • Online orders: within 14 days of delivery

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Altered items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Suits are not eligible for exchange.

Visit our store and our team will assist you with your exchange.

ONLINE EXCHANGE

The way to facilitate an online exchange is to email us at sales@globalbrandsint.com.au with your Order Number and the details of the item you are returning, and the item/s you wish to exchange for.
Once we confirm your online exchange, please post the return within 7 days to the following address:

Once item/s have been returned to us, we will then send your new item/s to you.

In order to make sure the return process is seamless, please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Please ensure your name is clearly visible on your return parcel so we can identify it is yours once back with us.

Once your return is processes, you will be notified.
