First Consultation
Your experience begins with a 30-minute consultation in our showroom. During this time, our team will guide you through our curated wedding packages, offering expert advice to align with your vision, colour palette, and level of formality. Every detail is considered to ensure your look is both timeless and personal.
All garments are not for hire but can purchased and yours to keep, reflecting the significance of the occasion and ensuring a superior standard of presentation.
Groom & Wedding Party Fitting
Once your selections are made, we arrange a dedicated fitting for the groom and wedding party. Each member of the wedding party is individually fitted to ensure precision, comfort, and a perfectly coordinated finish.
While we do not offer in-house tailoring and custom made garments, but we take a considered approach to fit— selecting jacket sizes and offering different length options to best suit each individual. This allows us to achieve a refined silhouette from the outset, minimising the need for less alterations and ensuring a clean, elevated result.
If you or members of your wedding party anticipate changes in fit — whether through training, weight loss or gain — we recommend scheduling your fitting approximately three months prior to your wedding date. This ensures our team can achieve the most precise and flattering fit for your final look.
Ordering & Preparation
Following your fitting, your selected suits and shirts are carefully ordered and prepared. Every garment is handled with attention to detail, ensuring consistency across the entire wedding party and a refined final result worthy of the occasion.
Final Fitting & Collection
You will be personally notified once your garments have arrived. At your final fitting, we ensure every piece sits as intended, allowing for any minor adjustments so you step into your wedding day with complete confidence.
Our team can recommend a trusted tailor located near the Mr Robinson store, who can carry out any required alterations. We will provide all necessary alteration instructions to the tailor to ensure the desired fit is achieved. Please note that all tailoring services are arranged directly with the tailor and will incur an additional charge.
In the event of significant changes in fit — whether due to weight loss or gain — we are unable to exchange garments for a different size. In this case, we recommend adjustments through a tailor of your choice, or arranging new garments to be purchased, if required. This will depend on availability with our supplier and sufficient time ahead of your wedding date.
