After visiting two other suit stores and leaving feeling really defeated, our experience at Mr Robinson was a complete breath of fresh air. At the previous stores, we felt rushed through appointments and weren’t really given the opportunity to properly try things on or enjoy the experience, despite booking appointments specifically for that reason.

From the moment we walked into Mr Robinson, the two ladies who helped us were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed, they were so attentive, honest, and honestly just fabulous at what they do.

We had a wonderful experience getting wedding suits at Mr Robinson! Jess and Sarah were incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive. We had the best time finding suits of the highest quality at affordable prices. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and were able to guide my fiance and I in choosing the right suits for him and his groomsmen. It was a one-stop-shop, from ties to belts and shoes. We had the most stress-free shopping experience, even with a shorter timeline for our wedding. Jess struck the perfect balance between being relaxed and professional during the fittings for both myself and my best man. She created an easy-going environment while still providing expert guidance, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

What we particularly appreciated was Jess’s honesty and attention to detail. She ensured our suits complemented each other well without looking identical, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Her eye for styling and coordination really showed.

Jess also accommodated several fittings and took great care to make sure every adjustment was right. For any additional tailoring needed, she involved her personal tailor to ensure the suits were properly fitted to our individual body types.
